+How do I earn my stars?
Once you have joined, you will automatically earn stars by using the payment cards associated with your account. Should you be paying with cash or a different card, please alert the cashier and provide your phone number at the time of purchase. Any food purchase of $10 or more will earn one star.
+ How do I redeem my reward in-store?
• Once you have earned a reward, a six-digit code will be provided via email
• Show the cashier, and they will apply it to your account.
• If you can't find the six-digit code, the cashier can look up your profile by finding your phone number.
+ Does LoyalChee Rewards cost me anything to participate?
There is no membership fee to be a part of LoyalChee Rewards!
+ How many stars does it take to get a reward?
Five stars will earn you a free melt!
+ Do stars or rewards expire?
The individual stars you earn do not expire. But completed rewards expire 12 months after they are earned.
+ Will you go back and give me credit on the food I have already purchased?
Sorry about that, previous purchases are not eligible for rewards.
+ Do I earn rewards when I redeem my gift card?
No, stars are not gained for purchasing gift cards or earned from purchases made on gift cards.
+ Will I receive a confirmation when I get five stars?
There is no confirmation of earning a reward unless you're in the store when the reward occurs.
+ Can I redeem more than one reward per transaction?
You can earn multiple rewards, but only redeem one reward at a time.
+ Are there any order modes or order types that are not included in LoyalChee Rewards?
All order types earn stars through online ordering and in-store food purchases.
3rd Party Delivery orders do not earn stars.
