MELTING THE HEARTS OF MUSIC CITY SINCE 2010
The Grilled Cheeserie is a Nashville-based food truck and restaurant founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Joseph Bogan and Le Cordon Bleu-trained Chef Crystal De Luna-Bogan. In 2017, we expanded our operations by opening our first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Nashville's Historic Hillsboro Village. Our mission is to elevate the classic comfort food experience by taking a thoughtful and refined approach to everything we create.
The Grilled Cheeserie has been recognized on several national platforms, including Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy’s Grocery Games, as well as the Cooking Channel’s Eat Street.
Locally, we were voted Best Food Truck in the Nashville Scene for ten consecutive years. We've also been recognized nationally, ranking #3 on Mobile-Cuisine’s "Top 10 Most Influential Food Trucks" and #7 on thedailymeal.com’s "101 Best Food Trucks in America" in 2015. In 2016, we were honored with the Chairman’s Award for Small Businesses by the Nashville Business Incubation Center.
